A new way to publish

The site started as an unsanctioned, internal "labs" project; a desire amongst the design team to move away from MovableType and towards WordPress. The website was rebuilt from scratch in spare minutes over a number of months until it progressed to a pixel-perfect version of the existing site, at which point it joined the project pipeline. With the build finished and data migrated, management commissioned a complete redesign, followed by further development. I managed the project from beginning to end; leading the design and development, research, migration, launch and post-launch iterations.
